1. Shipping details

We send “ready to ship” orders within 24-72 hours of receiving payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is about 10-15 business days or 16-20 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures. Please note that delivery time may vary during peak seasons or force majeure, unforeseen circumstances.

2. Order Tracking

We will provide you with tracking information once your order has been shipped. This will enable you to monitor the progress of your watch delivery.

We use an international courier service for all deliveries. The courier we choose will depend on the shipping option you choose and the most efficient, safe and fastest method available to reach your destination.

5. Packaging

Rest assured that all of our watches are carefully packaged to ensure that you receive your watch in perfect condition. Each watch comes in its own box before being placed in a protective shipping case.

6. Single Orders Containing Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple items, please note that they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers. In this case, you will receive tracking information for each item separately.

7. Address accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or delivery errors. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

8. Receiving Time

Please be ready to receive your watch when it is delivered. If no one is available at the specified address during delivery, the courier may leave a delivery notice or redeliver the order.

9. Order Cancellation and Modification
