Order Success
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation from us. If you have any requirements for your order, please let us know as soon as possible before your item enters the processing stage.
Processing
Note: For orders with multiple items, the processing time will be based on the item that takes the longest to process. We are happy to announce that most orders can now be shipped within 48 hours. Please note that a small number of orders may still take 1-3 business days, depending on the version of the item, some items are customized and require more time to make and test. Please note that processing time is not included in shipping time. The total time required to receive your order is processing time + shipping time. If you have any questions about your order, you can submit a ticket to our customer service center for further assistance. Our dedicated customer service team will contact you within 24 hours.
Track Your Order
For tracking numbers, it may take a few days to become valid on the tracking website. If the information is not available, please try again later. Rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of how the tracking website is updated. We strongly recommend that customers purchase shipping insurance at checkout for peace of mind while waiting for your package.
Taxes and Duties
Taxes
Please note that all packages are shipped from China warehouse. Our items are tax-free, so import taxes may be incurred depending on the customs and shipping methods of your country. You can consult your local customs office for more information.
Notice for Argentine Customers
Argentine customers who choose expedited shipping during checkout are required to provide a tax number. Please be sure to fill in your tax number to avoid any customs clearance issues or delivery failures. Please refer to the screenshots below.
